Morgan Mote

Morgan Mote is the Chief of Staff at First & Fourteenth, bringing over 16 years of experience in executive operations, financial management, budgeting, fundraising, and organizational leadership across nonprofit, legal, and behavioral-health settings. She is a results-oriented leader recognized for navigating complex, high-stakes environments with discretion, strategic rigor, and sound judgment.

Morgan has worked in close partnership with attorneys, courts, boards, and executive leadership to oversee confidential administrative functions, compliance-driven operations, and organizational infrastructure. Her experience includes managing multi-million-dollar budgets, leading large multidisciplinary teams, and strengthening internal systems in highly regulated environments, including her prior role as Chief Program Officer at Griffith Centers, while maintaining a strong focus on professionalism, accuracy, and client service.

Previously, Morgan spent fifteen years with Forge Evolution (formerly Colorado Springs Teen Court), where she served eight of those years as Chief Executive Officer. In that role, she collaborated with judicial and legal partners, oversaw court-related operations, and led the development of programs supporting justice-involved youth and families, contributing to the organization’s long-term stability and community impact.

Outside of her professional work, Morgan values her family time above all. She enjoys traveling and mountain drives with her husband and two teenagers, and when the family isn’t traveling for leisure, they are often on the road for youth sports—embracing each moment together.
