We’re proud to share that our partner, Martin Nussbaum, will be featured as a panelist at The Federalist Society‘s national event exploring the evolving church autonomy doctrine (also known as ecclesiastical abstention).
Hosted by the Religious Liberties Practice Group, the panel will examine key constitutional questions at the intersection of faith and law—issues first recognized by the U.S. Supreme Court in Watson v. Jones (1871) and still shaping legal debates today.
