She brings expertise in benefits, recruiting, compliance, training, culture, and employee retention—always with a focus on creating healthy organizational cultures where people thrive.
Since 2019, she has worked in human resources, and today she partners directly with First & Fourteenth clients to implement best practices that advance their missions.
A summa cum laude graduate of the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs, Dilynn holds a B.A. in Communication Leadership and a PHRi (Professional in Human Resources International) certification.
Outside of work, Dilynn enjoys general aviation adventures with her husband and keeping up with her two furry friends, Maverick and Maizie.
