Employment
First & Fourteenth represents employers at every stage of the employment cycle: interview and selection guidance, handbook and policy implementation, employee relations issues, terminations, and defense of employment claims.
Employment laws are constantly changing. It’s critical that organizations have a strong relationship with employment counsel so they stay abreast of these changes and maintain compliance, while upholding a strong internal culture that supports their people and mission.
