Dilynn Marr is a human resources professional who specializes in working with religious organizations and nonprofits. 

A summa cum laude graduate of the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs with a BA in Communication Leadership, Dilynn holds a PHRi certification (Professional in Human Resources International) and has worked in HR since 2019. Dilynn serves as an HR Consultant to First and Fourteenth, working directly with the firm’s clients to implement HR best practices that advance their missions.

Dilynn is a results-focused servant leader with experience in benefits, recruiting, handbooks, compliance, training, culture, compensation review, and employee retention and relations. She is dedicated to creating healthy organizational cultures where people are empowered to bring their best and organizations thrive with great HR strategy.

When not at work, Dilynn enjoys general aviation adventures with her husband and keeping track of her furry friends Maverick and Maizie.
