Rob is a litigator whose practice includes complex commercial litigation, constitutional and political disputes, religious institutions, and intellectual property.

Rob handles cases at all stages of litigation, including trials and appeals, in state and federal court, and he has filed amicus briefs in the federal circuit courts of appeals. His litigation experience includes representing clients in matters ranging from product liability and contract disputes to First and Fourteenth Amendment claims.

Before law school, Rob worked in business strategy and new product development for a global medical device corporation. He also served on active duty in the United States Army as an infantry officer and deployed once to Afghanistan.

Outside of work, Rob enjoys spending time in the mountains with his wife and three sons.
