Thalia Mederos is a paralegal at First & Fourteenth, where she puts her extensive legal experience to work every day. She is known for her genuine attention to clients and her ability to move cases forward with purpose.
Bringing strong critical and analytical skills to her work, Thalia helps the legal team deliver top-notch client care, navigate possible alternative dispute resolution methods, keep deadlines on track for smooth case management, and support court hearings and other key proceedings. Her natural curiosity and commitment to collaboration come through in the way she gathers case information, supports thoughtful case progression, and works closely with the team.
She holds a Master of Science in Criminal Justice from Hawaii Pacific University and studied Political Science at the University of Florida.
Outside of work, Thalia enjoys spending time with her two Australian Shepherds, hiking, painting, and traveling back to Florida to visit family.
