His strategic counsel has shaped some of the most consequential First Amendment and election law battles in recent years.
A former law clerk to Justice Neil Gorsuch and Judge Timothy Tymkovich, Michael has briefed 19 cases before the U.S. Supreme Court and argued extensively in state and federal appellate courts. He has been instrumental in landmark cases like 303 Creative v. Elenis, Masterpiece Cakeshop, and Groff v. DeJoy, standing up for religious liberty, free speech, and the rule of law.
